"I have been a State Farm client for over 30 years. My long time agent retired several years ago and we were reassigned to a new agent. I recently received our homeowners renewal statement and the premium had increased by 22%. Obviously I had questions and wanted to talk about options for savings. I called the new agent’s office to talk through this. The agent wasn’t available so I left a message. No one returned my call, so I called back a week later and asked some basic questions. I didn’t get answers, but promises of return calls in a week. After three weeks of this, I requested an agent change. I was assigned to TJ Villareal. I’m so glad I made the change. The office personnel was so responsive. Between Derek and Georgia, I had answers to all my questions and an option for significant cost savings within 24 hours of contacting them. This has been such a wonderful experience. I’m really glad I didn’t have to change from my long time relationship with State Farm! Keep up the great customer service!"

"Today I contacted this State Farm agency about homeowners insurance after receiving a huge increase from Allstate for the third consecutive year. Derek promptly assisted me, and quoted me a policy for $2000 less than Allstate, with more coverage and less deductible. Derek’s service was outstanding, and I already changed over to State Farm.
